Dhamma School

Mindfulness and values education for children and young people. Through stories, activities, and reflection, young minds learn awareness, kindness, and emotional balance.
Poya Day Programme
පෝය දින වැඩසටහන
A full day of deeper practice on full-moon Saturdays. Extended meditation, precept observance, Dhamma talks, and silent reflection — a mini-retreat without leaving Auckland.
Wassana Programme
වස්සාන වැඩසටහන
An intensive practice period during the traditional rainy retreat (August – November). Additional sessions on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays for deepened meditation and study.
Blessing Chanting
පිරිත් දේශනා
Traditional Pali chanting for blessings and protection — a calming, meditative practice that brings a sense of peace to any occasion. Available for home visits.
Home Blessing
ගෙට කිරි ඉතිරීම
A mindful ceremony to bring peace and positive intention to a new home or life milestone. Conducted by the resident monk with chanting and reflection.
Memorial & Remembrance
අවමංගල්ය කටයුතු
Buddhist memorial services offering comfort, reflection, and a space to honour loved ones who have passed. Chanting, meditation, and community support.
