What we collect. When you sign up for our events, mailing list, or donation programmes we collect your name, phone, and email so we can run the event, communicate updates, and acknowledge your support.

Who we may share it with. From time to time we share attendee contact lists with sponsors and partners who help fund our events — for example, so a sponsor can be shown the attendance list for an event they supported. By signing up you agree to this limited sharing.

Want us to stop sharing your details? Email buddhist.temple.northshore@gmail.com and we'll do two things:

• Remove you from any list we share going forward.
• Ask every sponsor and partner we previously gave a list to, to remove you from their copy.

We choose our sponsors carefully and in our experience nearly all of them honour these requests — but please understand NTBT has no legal power to compel a third party to delete a copy they already hold. We'll do everything within our influence.

Your card details are never shared. Card donations are processed by a trusted third-party payment gateway. Your card information never touches our systems — neither NTBT staff nor any sponsor or partner ever sees it.

Your other rights. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. For any privacy concerns or feedback, please contact us at buddhist.temple.northshore@gmail.com.
